We get it. Trusting someone to build your dream home is a big deal. We wanted to take a little time to show you exactly what walking through that process with Batista Properties looks like. We want you to be totally confident in the experience you’re about to embark on, so let’s take a look at how it works.

The keystone to our building process, and your ability to follow along with the progress, is a software called Buildertrend. Simply download the app, you’ll get your own unique login, direct access to track along with the project, and the ability to keep in communication (through uploading photos and sending messages) as we build your custom home. All messaging about the project is funnelled through the app, which means you can get notifications right on your phone, or receive email updates to your existing email account. No more searching endlessly through your inboxes to find messages from contractors - everything related to the construction of your luxury home is right at your fingertips, in one convenient location.

We know cost is always a major consideration as well - Buildertrend puts transparency and choice at the center of the construction process. You’re able to confirm pricing on products, stay on top of the running total of build, sign off on things electronically, make selection decisions and view warranty information from the comfort of your home, or at least the one you’re making do with until your dream house is complete, which is a coincidentally another thing you can keep track of with Buildertrend - deadlines!
